day 26: favorite color

Favorite color, you ask?

Hmm...I had to honestly think about this one. Since elementary school, I can remember declaring my favorite color to be "green".

But I also liked blue...

and yellow...

and red...

and purple...

and, ya know, sometimes pink too.

So I have finally come to the conclusion that I don't particularly have a single favorite favorite color.

But, I definitely have favorite color combinations that I'm easily drawn to more than others--especially when it comes to design work. I think really its just based on my mood and what is currently inspiring me.

For instance, the beautiful beaded jade bracelet (in pic above) is one that I got a few months ago from IHOD. Love it. I wore it on Sunday to church and it paired quite beautifully (and simply) with this white shirt from Lands End Canvas.
