Bean Bags

Remember that super easy peasy project I was working on that nearly caused me to lose it with my sewing machine?

Nope, it wasn't a quilt. I wouldn't exactly classify that as "easy peasy" either. I do have one that I've been working on for 2 1/2 years now though.

All summer long, I had intentions of making bean bags for the kiddo to play with. I kinda put it off for a little bit just because of my timidity of using the sewing machine.

But alas, I found some super cute fabric that would be perfect for bean bags and finally had the spur I needed. That and I decided it would make for a perfect birthday present for one of the kiddo's friends.

I hadn't originally planned on painting the numbers on, but then I discovered this pretty nifty trick that you can do with freezer paper at a pretty cool life. Seriously cool and with endless possibilities.
