A few weeks ago after dinner, we headed outside to play in the sandbox before starting the bedtime routine.
SweetP has really gotten in to playing in her sandbox over the last couple of months and sadly our little turtle dude is staying with the house when we move out. :( I think I'm probably more upset about it than the kiddo...in all likelihood because she hasn't quite comprehended the "leaving behind" bit. But we do plan on getting another turtle dude at our next house. :)
Anyway, SweetP is sitting on my feet that she insisted I put in the sand and then Miss Matty decided to join in and sit in the sand too. Nice memory.
As for an update on moving...not an empty house yet, but we're getting closer. Its amazing how much longer it takes when putting your stuff into crates rather than just sticking it into a truck. They're hoping to finish up this afternoon, but I have my doubts.
