missing...

-missing my sweet husband a bunch today...

-missing old familiar places and summers from home...

-missing the mountains...

-kinda just having "one of those" days...

-trying very hard to stick to our "this is what we have for dinner" with the munchkin tonight. She surprised me by eating a carrot stick though...but that's almost all she's eaten. Maybe she's really just not hungry.

-looking forward to working on a new project tonight...

-hating it when my love is not feeling great and is away from home so I can't help him feel better...even if its just getting him a glass of orange juice.

-totally in the mood for a really good thunderstorm and disappointed that what appeared to be one just vanished...but I still have hopes for one.

-debating on going to the outlets and the beach tomorrow or waiting until Tuesday.

-is totally done with all of these trips calling my love away from home--especially the ones where he is still stateside...very much wanting to hop on a plane and be a family again right now.

-had a rough afternoon while attempting this afternoon's nap when the munchkin was calling out for her Daddy. A phone call to him had to suffice and thankfully it did help. And here I thought she was too young to really notice...

-thinking I may be ready to start working on part 2 of who knows how many phases of the landscaping project this week.

-and to leave on a positive note...seriously, how cute is this dress?!? Totally love it.
